1. Approved the execution of a one-year license agreement with Festival Management Corporation for the Toronto Caribbean Carnival 2019, on the terms and conditions of the standard license agreement for Exhibition Place outlined in the report (February 4, 2019) from the Chief Executive Officer, Exhibition Place, and such other terms satisfactory to the Chief Executive Officer and the City Solicitor.
