Due to lack of quorum, the Committee did not consider this item.

The Terms of Reference for the Toronto Accessibility Advisory Committee state that the Committee will hold up to six meetings per year at the call of the Chair or Co-Chairs.

The Chair has scheduled the following meetings for 2020:

Monday, February 3, 2020 - 9:30 a.m.

Friday, March 27, 2020 - 9:30 a.m.

Friday, May 22, 2020 - 9:30 a.m.

Monday, June 29, 2020 - 9:30 a.m.

Thursday, September 24, 2020 - 9:30 a.m.

Monday, November 16, 2020 - 9:30 a.m.

All the above meetings are to be held in Committee Room 1, City Hall.

City Council on July 16,17 and 18, 2019 approved the 2020 schedule of meetings for City Council and its Committees. The schedule of meetings for Toronto Accessibility Advisory Committee has been developed to avoid dates, whenever possible, that conflict with the approved City Council schedule; and to avoid meetings on days of cultural or religious significance.
