Board Decision
The Board of Directors of TO Live:
1. Supported moving forward with non-binding confidential conversations with any potential partners on a redevelopment of the St. Lawrence Centre and directed the President and Chief Executive Officer, TO Live to report to the next meeting of the Board.
2. Approved the confidential instructions to staff issued in closed session.

The Board of Directors of TO Live recessed its public meeting to meet in closed session to consider the item as it pertains to commercial information supplied in confidence to the Board of Directors of TO Live, which if disclosed, could reasonably be expected to prejudice significantly the competitive position of interfere significantly with the contractual or other negotiations of a person, group of persons or organization.
