Board Decision
The Board of Directors of TO Live:
1. Approved the Memorandum of Understanding between the Board of Directors of TO Live and the Toronto Live Foundation, as provided in Attachment 1 to the report (July 19, 2019) from the President and Chief Executive Officer, TO Live.
2. Approved the Grant Agreement between the Board of Directors of TO Live and the Toronto Live Foundation, as provided in Attachment 2 to the report (July 19, 2019) from the President and Chief Executive Officer, TO Live.
3. Directed the President and Chief Executive Officer, TO Live to provide a signed copy of the Memorandum of Understanding and the Grant Agreement between TO Live and the Toronto Live Foundation to the City Manager once these documents have been executed.
