1. Approved the 2020 Staffing Budget, as outlined in Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (May 24, 2019) from the President and Chief Executive Officer, TO Live.
2. Directed that the confidential information contained in Confidential Attachment 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 to the report (May 24, 2019) from the President and Chief Executive Officer, TO Live remain confidential in its entirety, as it is about labour relations or employee negotiations.

The Board of Directors of TO Live recessed its public meeting to meet in closed session to consider the item as it pertains to pertain to labour relations or employee negotiations.
