The Board of Directors of Civic Theatres Toronto:
1. Received the 2018 second quarter financial operating results as noted in Attachment 1 and Confidential Attachments 2 and 3 to the report (August 31, 2018) from the Vice President of Finance and Administration, Civic Theatres Toronto for information.
2. Directed that Confidential Attachment 2 and 3 to the report (August 31, 2018) from the Vice President of Finance and Administration, Civic Theatres Toronto remain confidential in their entirety because if disclosed, they could reasonably be expected to prejudice significantly the competitive position or interfere significantly with the contractual or other negotiations of Civic Theatres Toronto.
