Board Decision
The Board of Directors of Civic Theatres Toronto:
1. Approved the Naming Rights Policy, as noted in Attachment 1 to the report (September 12, 2018) from the Senior Directors of Development, Civic Theatres Toronto.
2. Amended Section 3.3.3 of the Corporate Sponsorship Policy in Attachment 2 to the report (September 12, 2018) from the Senior Directors of Development, Civic Theatres Toronto as follows:
3.3.3. No form of indemnification will be provided to any Sponsor without the express approval of CTT Senior Management, up to the value of the sponsorship. Indemnification in excess of the value of the sponsorship requires approval by the Board.
3. Approved the Corporate Sponsorship Policy, as noted in Attachment 2 to the report (September 12, 2018) from the Senior Directors of Development, Civic Theatres Toronto, as amended by Part 2 above.

That Section 3.3.3 of the Corporate Sponsorship Policy in Attachment 2 be amended as follows:
