Authorized the public release of Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (September 6, 2018) from the Senior Directors of Development, Civic Theatres Toronto, once adopted by the Board of Directors of Civic Theatres Toronto and once the new branding and name of Civic Theatres Toronto are made public.
