The Board of Directors of Civic Theatres Toronto received for information, the following amended meeting schedule from the Chair:

1. Friday, March 1, 2019 at 12:30 p.m. in Sony Lounge, Sony Centre for the Performing Arts

2. Thursday, May 9, 2019 at 12:30 p.m. in Sony Lounge, Sony Centre for the Performing Arts

3. Thursday, June 13, 2019 at 12:30 p.m. in Committee Room 1, 2nd Floor, City Hall

4. Thursday, September 26, 2019 at 12:30 p.m. in Sony Lounge, Sony Centre for the Performing Arts

5. Friday, November 29, 2019 at 12:30 p.m. in Sony Lounge, Sony Centre for the Performing Arts

The Chair has scheduled the following meetings of the Board of Directors of Civic Theatres Toronto for 2019.  Further meetings will be scheduled, as required.

1. Friday, March 1 at 12:30 p.m. in Sony Lounge, Sony Centre for the Performing Arts

2. Thursday, May 9 at 12:30 p.m. in Sony Lounge, Sony Centre for the Performing Arts

3. Thursday, June 13 at 12:30 p.m. in Committee Room 1, 2nd Floor, City Hall

4. Friday, November 29 at 12:30 p.m. in Sony Lounge, Sony Centre for the Performing Arts

City Council on December 4, 5 and 13, 2018 approved the 2019 schedule of meetings for City Council and its Committees. The published schedule serves as notice for these meetings.

City Council has requested the City's agencies, corporations and special purpose bodies to:

a. avoid scheduling meetings, whenever possible, that conflict with the approved schedule; and

b. avoid scheduling public meetings, forums, public consultations and large scale meetings on days of cultural or religious significance as noted in the approved schedule.

The City Clerk's Office updates the meeting schedule on the City's website as meeting information is added or changed.
