1. Approved the terms of the collective agreement with SEIU Local 2, as outlined in Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (December 11, 2018) from the President and Chief Executive Officer, Civic Theatres Toronto.
2. Directed that Confidential Attachments 1 and 2 to the report (December 11, 2018) from the President and Chief Executive Officer, Civic Theatres Toronto remain confidential in its entirety, as it is about labour relations or employee negotiations.
