City Council Decision
City Council on May 14 and 15, 2019, adopted the following:
1. City Council approve the terms of settlement set out in Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (May 7, 2019) from the City Solicitor and the Deputy City Manager, Corporate Services.
2. City Council adopt the confidential instructions to staff in Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (May 7, 2019) from the City Solicitor and the Deputy City Manager, Corporate Services.
3. City Council direct that Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (May 7, 2019) from the City Solicitor and the Deputy City Manager, Corporate Services remain confidential in its entirety as it contains advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege.
