City Council appointed seven public members to the Toronto Public Library Board. As a result of a candidate withdrawal, one vacancy on the Board still remains. City Council has requested the Civic Appointments Committee to give consideration to a vacancy on the Toronto Public Library Board at its earliest opportunity.
