Summary

The Budget Subcommittee for Scarborough Civic Centre will hear public presentations on the 2019 Capital, Operating and Rate Supported Budgets at Scarborough Civic Centre on February 7, 2019 from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

 

At its meeting on January 28, 2019, the Budget Committee established two subcommittees to hear the public deputations on the 2019 Capital, Operating and Rate Supported Budgets at City Hall, North York Civic Centre, Scarborough Civic Centre and Etobicoke Civic Centre, and made appointments to the Subcommittees as follows:

1.  That speakers who have not pre-registered for the 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. session of the Scarborough Civic Centre consultations be allowed to register to speak until 4:00 p.m. February 7, 2019, after which no further registration is allowed and the speakers list will be closed for the 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. session.

That the Budget Subcommittee for Scarborough and Etobicoke Civic Centre Public Consultations extend the meeting in order to complete the Speaker's List.


3 - Motion to Recess moved by Councillor Frances Nunziata (Carried)

5:05 p.m. - That the Budget Subcommittee for Scarborough and Etobicoke Civic Centre Public Consultations recess to 6:00 p.m. and remaining speakers registered for the 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. session be heard, in the order listed, when the Subcommittee reconvenes at 6:00 p.m.
