For the supply of all materials, labour and equipment required to provide major capital (4 total for Capital Projects) and minor capital (4 total for Parks Operations), asphalt and concrete paving services at various Parks, Forestry and Recreation locations throughout the City of Toronto for a period of one (1) year from the date of award, with the option to renew the Contract for four (4) additional separate one (1) year periods at the sole discretion of the City and subject to budget approval(s). Should the option(s) be exercised, then the General Manager of the Parks, Forestry and Recreation will request the Chief Purchasing Officer to process the renewals under the same terms and conditions.
