Quotations are invited for the non-exclusive supply, delivery, installation, and warranty of all labour, parts, equipment and materials necessary to carry out Preventative Maintenance Service and Repairs, including modifications and upgrades, to Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Systems for the City of Toronto's Toronto Water Division from the date of award for a period of one (1) year, with the option to renew the Contract for four (4) additional one (1) year periods.
