The total potential cost to the City including the option years for both contracts is $5,102,245 net of HST recoveries.  The total potential contract award is $5,665,818 including all applicable taxes and charges, $5,013,999 net of all applicable taxes and charges. 

Contracts are expected to start from date of award and end on November 30, 2020, with the option to renew each Contract for one (1) additional and separate one (1) year period.

Note - The above cost calculations for the Optional Period reflects an estimated 3percent increase in the Consumer Price Index - All Items.
