For the non-exclusive supply and delivery of Spartan Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts for Fire Trucks for a period of one (1) year commencing October 1, 2019 to September 30, 2020, with the option to renew the Contract for four (4) additional separate one (1) year periods for the Fire Services Division.

Should the option(s) be exercised, then the Fire Chief and General Manager of Fire Services will request the Chief Purchasing Officer to process the renewals under the same terms and conditions.
