Description:

For the non-exclusive supply, delivery, planting and warranty of native trees and shrubs including, inter-planting, watering, weeding, replacement planting and pruning, with a two (2) year warranty on the planted material for the City of Toronto's Parks, Forestry and Recreation Division from the date of Award for a one (1) year period, with the option to renew the Contract for an additional two (2) separate one (1) year periods.  

Should the option(s) be exercised, then the General Manager of Parks, Forestry and Recreation will request the Chief Purchasing Officer to process the renewals under the same terms and conditions.

The above cost calculations for the option years reflect an estimated 3 percent increase in the Consumer Price Index.
