Description:
For the supply and delivery of all labour and materials equipment, tools and supervision necessary to perform Minor Building Repairs and Alterations at various Child Care Centres and District Office Locations throughout the City of Toronto on an as and when required basis for a one (1) year period from the date of award, with the option to renew for four (4) additional one year periods.
Should the option(s) be exercised, then the General Manager, Children's Services will request the Chief Purchasing Officer to process the renewals under the same terms and conditions.
