Description:

For the non-exclusive supply of all labour, materials, parts, warranty, tools and equipment necessary to perform repairs, maintenance, overhauls, and service calls of Cummins Diesel Engines for the City of Toronto's Toronto Fire Services and Toronto Paramedic Services Divisions from August 1, 2019, to July 31, 2020, with the option to renew the Contract for four (4) additional separate one (1) year periods at the sole discretion of the City and subject to budget approval(s).

Should the option(s) be exercised then the Fire Chief General Manager of Fire Services and the Chief of Toronto Paramedic Services will request the Chief Purchasing Officer to process the renewals under the same terms and conditions.
