To provide non-exclusive supply of all labour, equipment and materials necessary for minor building repairs at various City of Toronto Long-Term Care Homes and Services Division locations from date of award to April 30, 2020 with the option to renew the contract for four (4) additional one (1) year periods.

Should the option(s) be exercised, the General Manager of Long-Term Care Homes and Services will request the Chief Purchasing Officer to process the renewals under the same terms and conditions.
