Description:

For the non-exclusive supply and delivery to develop nutritious menus and supply and deliver associated prepared lunches and snacks to various City of Toronto Early Learning and Child Care Centres, as required by the City's Children's Services Division, in accordance with the terms and conditions and in the form set out in Appendix B (the list of all Centres).  This will be required for the period of one year from date of award to April 30, 2020 with the option to renew for four (4) additional separate one (1) year terms at the sole discretion of the City and subject to budget approval(s).

The above cost calculations for the Option Years reflect an estimated 3 percent increase in the Consumer Price Index.
