Description:

Installation of New Residential Water and Sewer Connections and Associated Works within the North York District (North of Hwy 401) from the date of award to April 30, 2020 with the option to renew for one (1) additional, separate one (1) year period as required by Toronto Water Division 

Recommended Bidder:

Utility Force Construction Inc.

Contract Award Value:

$3,538,350 net of all applicable taxes and charges

$3,998,336 including all applicable taxes and charges  

$3,600,625 net of HST recoveries

Contract is expected to start on date of award and end on April 30, 2020.

Option Period 1 - May 1, 2020 to April 30, 2021

$3,644,501 net of all applicable taxes and charges

$4,118,285 including all applicable taxes and charges

$3,708,644 net of HST recoveries

The total potential contract award including additional option year is $7,309,269 net of HST recoveries, $7,182,851 net of all taxes and charges and $8,116,621 including all applicable taxes and charges.

The above cost calculations for the Option Year reflects an estimated 3 percent increase as per the Consumer Price Index (CPI).
