The supply of all materials, equipment, labour and supervision required to complete the parking lot rehabilitation at Tom Riley Park including but not limited to a new asphalt paving including granular base, bio swales, concrete curbs and an accessible asphalt walkway system, on behalf of the Parks, Forestry and Recreation Division of the City of Toronto.
