Description:

For the Supply of all labour, materials, tools and equipment for Grounds Maintenance Services as and when required for Toronto Water for a period of one (1) year from the date of award, with the option to renew for four (4) additional and separate one (1) year periods.

Should the option years be exercised, the General Manager of Toronto Water will request the Chief Purchasing Officer of Purchasing and Materials Management to process the renewals under the same terms and conditions, with the exception of any price adjustment.
