Scarborough Community Council:
1. Authorized the installation of a Pedestrian Crossover on the west side of Dearham Wood at Schubert Drive.

Summary
This staff report is about a matter for which the Community Council has delegated authority from City Council to make a final decision.
This report recommends that a Pedestrian Crossover (PXO) not be installed on Dearham Wood at Schubert Drive as the existing conditions do not meet the warrant for the installation of such a traffic control device. Currently, this location is controlled by a stop sign for northbound traffic on Schubert Drive at Dearham Wood.

Motions
That Scarborough Community Council amend Recommendation 1 by removing the words "refuse to" so the recommendation now reads as follows:
1. Scarborough Community Council authorize the installation of a Pedestrian Crossover on the west side of Dearham Wood at Schubert Drive.
