Requested the Director, Transportation Services, Scarborough District to report back to the May 2, 2018 meeting of Scarborough Community Council on the reduction of the speed limit from 40 km/h to 30 km/h on all local roads around schools within the confines of the Scarborough Community Council area, excluding those roads that bound more than one community council area.

Requesting that Scarborough Community Council consider this item as new business and support the following request:

Scarborough Community Council direct Transportation Services staff to:

1. Request the Director, Transportation Services, Scarborough District to report back to the May 2, 2018 meeting of Scarborough Community Council on the reduction of the speed limit from 40 km/h to 30 km/h on all local roads around schools within the confines of the Scarborough Community Council area, excluding those roads that bound more than one community council area.
