The Planning and Growth Management Committee:
1. Directed the Chief Planner and Executive Director, City Planning to report to the September 7, 2017 meeting of the Planning and Growth Management Committee on the result of City Planning's review of procedures and prioritization for the inclusion of potential heritage properties on the City's Heritage Register.
2. Directed the Chief Planner and Executive Director, City Planning to report to the November 15, 2017 meeting of the Planning and Growth Management Committee on recommendations for the prioritization of outstanding Heritage Conservation District Studies authorized by City Council, but not yet prioritized, including the Weston Phase II study area, and that such report make reference to the date these studies were authorized and suggest available interim protective measures that may be necessary.
3. Directed the Chief Planner and Executive Director, City Planning to request Heritage Preservation Services to review development files and provide written comments where Heritage Preservation Services has concerns.
