City Council Decision
City Council on January 31, 2017, adopted the following:
1. City Council amend Interim Control By-law 71-2016 to extend the period of interim control to February 3, 2018 for the lands in the Murray Road Land Use Study Area, substantially in accordance with the proposed By-law attached as Attachment 1 to the report (January 30, 2017) from the Chief Planner and Executive Director, City Planning.
2. City Council authorize the City Solicitor to make such stylistic and technical changes to the By-law as may be required.
