That Etobicoke York Community Council:

 

1.  Approve the Draft Plan of Condominium application, in principle, in accordance with standard conditions and subject to verification that the zoning by-law amendment conforms with the Official Plan policies prior to City Council approval of By-law 569-2013, and verification that the needs of the local community residents and the new residents in the building are satisfied in compliance with the aforementioned Official Plan policies, and not Official Plan policies, as amended.
