City Council Decision
City Council on November 7, 8 and 9, 2017, adopted the following:
1. City Council delete its decision on Item TE22.10 and adopt the confidential instructions to staff in Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (October 31, 2017) from the City Solicitor.
2. City Council authorize the public release of the confidential instructions to staff in Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (October 31, 2017) from the City Solicitor and City Council direct that the balance of Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (October 31, 2017) from the City Solicitor remain confidential as it contains advice which is subject to solicitor-client privilege.
The confidential instructions to staff in Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (October 31, 2017) from the City Solicitor were adopted by City Council and are now public as follows:
1. City Council instruct the City Solicitor to settle the appeal of Official Plan Amendment and Zoning Bylaw Amendment application for the lands located at 57-65 Brock Avenue (File 16 183287 STE 14 OZ) in accordance with the terms set out in the September 27, 2017 settlement offer from Aird & Berlis.
The balance of Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (October 31, 2017) from the City Solicitor remains confidential in accordance with the provisions of the City of Toronto Act, 2006, as it contains advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege.
