Community Council Decision
The Toronto and East York Community Council:
1. Approved the closure of the sidewalk and curb lane on the south side of Camden Street, between Brant Street and a point 58.0 metres west, from September 8, 2016 to June 30, 2018.
2. Rescinded the existing "Pay & Display" parking regulation on the north side of Camden Street, between Brant Street and a point 58.0 metres east.
3. Rescinded the parking by permit only regulation, 12:01 a.m. to 7:00 a.m., daily at all times on the north side of Camden Street, between Brant Street and a point 58.0 metres east.
4. Enacted a "No Stopping, Anytime" restriction on the north side of Camden Street, between Brant Street and a point 58.0 metres east.
5. Enacted a "No Stopping, Anytime" restriction on the south side of Camden Street, between Brant Street and a point 32.5 metres east.
6. Directed the applicant to post a 24-hour monitored construction hotline number on the hoarding board, which must be prominently placed and legible from 20 metres and on all elevations from the construction site.
7. Directed the applicant to work with the STEPS Initiative to provide and install public art, including mural artwork, onto every elevation of the hoarding board with adequate spotlighting for night-time illumination, at their sole cost, to the satisfaction of the Ward Councillor.
8. Directed that Camden Street be returned to its pre-construction traffic and parking regulations when the project is complete.

Motions
That the Toronto and East York Community Council adopt the recommendations in the report (July29, 2016) from the Acting Director, Transportation Services, Toronto and East York, subject to amending Recommendation 7 to read as follows:
"7. Community Council direct the applicant to work with the STEPS Initiative to provide and install public art, including mural artwork, onto every elevation of the hoarding board with adequate spotlighting for night-time illumination, at their sole cost, to the satisfaction of the Ward Councillor."
