City Council Decision
City Council on November 3 and 4, 2015, adopted the following:
1. City Council appoint as interim Ombudsman the person identified in Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (October 28, 2015) from the City Manager, pursuant to an Agreement to the satisfaction of the City Manager, effective November 17, 2015 and ending December 31, 2015.
2. City Council authorize the public release of the name and summary profile of the interim Ombudsman contained in Confidential Attachment 1 the report (October 28, 2015) from the City Manager.
