The Manager, Arts Services, Economic Development and Culture will present an update on the Cultural Hotspot initiative highlighting successful outcomes following the pilot in South Scarborough in 2014. The presentation will also give an overview of plans for the 2nd year of the program as it kicks off May 2nd this year in Etobicoke.
