City Council Decision
City Council on June 10, 11, 12 and 13, 2014, adopted the following:
1. City Council adopt the confidential recommendations in Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (June 9, 2014) from the City Solicitor.
2. City Council authorize the public release of confidential Recommendation 1 in Attachment 1 to the report (June 9, 2014) from the City Solicitor.
Confidential Recommendation 1 in Attachment 1 to the report (June 9, 2014) from the City Solicitor is now public:
1. The City Solicitor be authorized to seek leave to appeal to the Divisional Court, the Ontario Municipal Board decision released May 15, 2014 for 91 Sheppard Avenue East and to pursue the appeal if leave is granted.
The balance of Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (June 9, 2014) from the City Solicitor remains confidential in its entirely in accordance with the City of Toronto Act, 2006, as it contains advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege and litigation and pertains to potential litigation, including matters before administrative tribunals, affecting the municipality or local board.
