City Council on April 1, 2 and 3, 2014, adopted the following:
1. City Council authorize the General Manager, Transportation Services to report back to City Council, through the Public Works and Infrastructure Committee, with a recommendation of a prominent street, or part thereof, to dedicate in honour of Nelson Mandela.

That the motion by Deputy Mayor Kelly to reconsider the vote on adoption of MM50.21 be amended by adding the words "after the lunch recess" so that it now reads as follows:
That in accordance with Chapter 27, Council Procedures, City Council reconsider the vote on adoption of MM50.21 after the lunch recess.
That Councillor McConnell be permitted to withdraw her motion.

Mayor Ford, rising on a Point of Order, stated that he had voted incorrectly on MM50.21 and MM50.27, and requested that Council reopen the Items so that he may vote correctly.
Councillor Filion, rising on a Point of Order, asked the Speaker to clarify whether Mayor Ford's corrected votes on Items MM50.21 and MM50.27 could be included without a reconsideration of the Items.
Councillor Perks, rising on a Point of Order, stated that he wished to hear the City Clerk's advice.
