Summary
Members of my community have nominated Baby Point, Bloor Street West and The Junction for consideration as Heritage Conservation Districts, in accordance with nomination procedures outlined in the Council approved document, Heritage Conservation Districts in Toronto - Procedures, Policies and Terms of Reference. The boundaries of the nominated areas can be seen in the attached maps.
In order for City staff to consider whether the Areas will likely satisfy the Council adopted criteria for the determination of cultural heritage value for Heritage Conservation Districts, prior to study authorization and prioritization, I ask support for the following motions.
