City Council on November 13, 14, 15 and 18, 2013, adopted the following:
1. City Council request the Premier of Ontario and the Minister of the Environment to enact, expeditiously, the long-awaited and promised "Great Lakes Protection Act" (Bill 6) to protect and restore the health of the Great Lakes-St. Lawrence River basin.
