City Council Decision
City Council on February 20 and 21, 2013, adopted the following:
1. City Council increase the 2013 Operating Budget for Non-Program by $75,000.00 gross, $0 net, fully funded by Section 37 community benefits related to 30 Roehampton Avenue and 2345 Yonge Street, (source: S.37/S.45 Clearing Account 220096) to provide one-time funding of $75,000.00 to the Toronto District School Board (TDSB) for the Northern Secondary School Northern Lakes Landscape Design Project.
2. City Council direct that the $75,000.00 be forwarded to the TDSB once the TDSB signs an Undertaking governing the use of the funds and the reporting requirements and the maintenance of reasonable public access to the improved portion of the school grounds.
