Summary

This report provides an update on the implementation of recommendations contained in the November 2012 Ombudsman's Report titled "An Investigation into the Parking Ticket Dispute System in Toronto".  It also provides a response to the Council Motions adopted on November 27, 28 and 29, 2012 during Council’s consideration of the above noted report.
