City Council Decision
City Council on October 30, 31 and November 1, 2012 deferred consideration of Item CC27.11 until there has been a decision in Magder v. Ford and requested the Integrity Commissioner to refrain from reporting violations of the Code of Conduct by Members of Council pending a decision in Magder v. Ford.
