City Council on October 2, 3 and 4, 2012, adopted the following:
1. City Council re-appoint the following three current citizen representatives on the board of the Toronto Waterfront Revitalization Corporation until City Council appoints their successors within the next six months:
- Janet Graham;
- Matti Siemiatycki; and
- Mark Wilson.

That Recomendation 1 be amended by deleting the words "such appointment not to exceed three years" and inserting instead the following words "within the next six months" so that it reads as follows:
1. City Council re-appoint the City's three current citizen representatives on the board of the Toronto Waterfront Revitalization Corporation until City Council appoints their successors, within the next six months.
