1. City Council cancel the Consumer Price Index increase for 2011 for Mayor and Councillors.
2. City Council refer the following motion to the Budget Committee for consideration:

That City Council direct that money saved by the cancellation of the cost-of-living salary increase ($110,000.00) be allocated as an increase to the Student Nutrition Program.
