Point of Order
by
Councillor Denzil Minnan-Wong
Councillor Minnan-Wong rose on a Point of Order and asked the Speaker whether referral of Motion MM11.1 to the Public Works and Infrastructure Committee was appropriate, given that the Committee does not deal with set fine issues. Speaker Nunziata accepted the Point of Order and advised City Council that the Motion would be referred to the appropriate Committee.
