The COA Research Request Application is a convenient way to search for and purchase Decision Notices for Minor Variance (MV) and Consent (CO) Applications from City Planning.
The fee is $150.00 (plus HST) per request which will provide you with 10 years of Decision Notices for a 500 metre radius from the location of your choice. If you wish to expand your search parameters to 1000 metre radius, you will be charged an additional $150 for a total of $300 (plus HST).
