If you are a corporation, charitable organization or an individual wanting to donate an amount more than $50,000, please call (416) 392-1144.

Your first donation will be processed once you have completed this form, confirmed your details and selected Process Transaction. Your subsequent gift will be processed next month, on the 1st or 15th according to your selection. A tax receipt will be emailed to you for the total donation amount for the taxation year in January of the following year.
