The City has received the following application under the Planning Act:

Application Number: 26 221979 STE 10 OZ

Application to Amend the Zoning By-Law to permit the redevelopment of the Canada Life Campus, proposing a 71-storey residential tower; two residential towers of 54-storeys and 25-storeys on a mixed-use podium; and a six-storey amenity pavilion. The proposed development includes a new POPS space, 64,103 square metres of retained office space including the Canada Life building, 10,476 square metres of new commercial space, and 1,402 residential dwelling units.
