Public Notice

NOTICE is hereby given that in accordance with the City of Toronto’s real estate disposal By-law, the following property was declared surplus on August 5, 2026:

1)            Land located on a portion of 701 Fleet Street of approximately 1.75 acres, being part of PT BLK 14 PL ORDNANCE RESERVE TORONTO; PT WATER LT IN FRONT OF PL ORDNANCE RESERVE TORONTO PT 3 63R310 LYING W OF PT 1 66R19717; S/T CT264775; CITY OF TORONTO. The parcel has an area of approximately 7,081 m2 (76,230 ft2). The City proposes that the intended manner of disposal be by way of a long-term lease to Tempo Basketball Club Inc. for the construction and operation of a high-performance practice facility with community amenities.
