The City has received the following application under the Planning Act:

NORTH YORK COMMUNITY COUNCIL AREA

Application Number: 26 155093 NNY 16 OZ

Application to Amend the Official Plan and Zoning By-law to redesignate the subject site from Regeneration Areas to Mixed Use Areas. The Official Plan Amendment includes a Site and Area Specific Policy that provides a framework for matters such as public realm, mobility, parks, and built form. The Zoning By-law Amendment proposes to amend Zoning By-law 7625 and rezone the site from MO (Industrial-Office Business Park Zone) to Commercial Residential (CR) and Open Space (OR) and introduce site-specific development standards to accommodate the proposal.
