Application to Amend the Official Plan and Zoning By-law to permit a 42-storey residential building with 461 dwelling units and a gross floor area of 32,758 square metres, resulting in a floor space index of 14.42. 93 vehicle parking spaces and 518 bicycle parking spaces are proposed.
